From the early days when the sport was anything but a mainstream business, the MMA industry has thrived and survived through various websites, forums, and perhaps most importantly, social media platforms.

The fighters interact with fans, each other and many others via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, which helps outsiders better understand the minds of the athletes.

Following Friday’s Bellator 277 event in San Jose, Calif., several of the winning and losing fighters, along with their coaches, training partners or family members, took to social media to react to the event. or share a message with supporters.

Check out some of these reactions.

The Blue Corner is MMA Junkie’s blog space. We don’t take this too seriously, and neither should you. If you come to us complaining that something you read here isn’t hard-hitting news, expect the previous sentence to be repeated in ALL CAPS.
