Unpostponed NEET PG exam will take place on May 21, despite ‘fake’ notice from NBEMS

THE Press Information Office said on Saturday that this year’s NEET PG exam has not been postponed and will take place on the scheduled date of May 9, calling a notice posted on behalf of “false”. from the National Board of Examinations (NBEMS) that the paper has been postponed to July 9. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) also warned stakeholders on Saturday against spreading “false and false information” on its behalf. It comes after a section of the media reported that this year’s NEET PG exam has been postponed until July 9. In a tweet, the Press Information Office Fact Checker said: The NEET PG exam has been postponed and will now take place on July 9, 2022. The exam has not been postponed.

The exam will take place on May 21, 2022 only, he added. The NBEMS currently conducts postgraduate and postgraduate examinations in approved specialties leading to the award of the National Board Diploma (DNB) and the National Board Doctorate (DrNB) respectively. In a notice issued on Saturday, the NBEMS said it publishes various notices regarding its activities on its websites https://natboard.edu.in only. “Stakeholders are advised to visit the website given above for current and authentic information regarding the NBEMS,” he said. “The NBEMS has been informed that some unscrupulous elements are circulating false and untrue information using forged reviews on behalf of the NBEMS. “All NBEMS notices issued from July 2020 carry a QR code. Scanning the QR code will redirect the user to the said notice on the NBEMS website,” the NBEMS communication said.

The notice advised stakeholders not to be seduced or misled by an unverified notice and to cross-check any information about the NHSNB through its website. “If you have any questions, please contact NBEMS Applicant Care Support on 011-45593000 or write to NBEMS on its communication web portal,” he said.
