New Delhi | Jagran Education Office: The Central Board for Secondary Education has yet to announce the official date for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 results. However, rumors are rife that by the coming week the board will release the scorecards followed by the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Term 2 date sheets. Earlier reports were doing the rounds that CBSE is likely to report results on January 15, but due to COVID-19 restrictions results were delayed for a week.
Once declared, candidates can check their scorecard on the official website of CBSE–cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in. The CBSE had announced that it would not declare students PASS or FAIL, but would only publish the marks they obtained in each subject. The final score sheet will be published after the declaration of the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Term 2 results.
CBSE Term 1 Result: Websites
The results of classes 10 and 12 will be published on the official website of the CBSE. However, sites often crash due to heavy load. So here we are with some unofficial websites, from which students can check their results and later download the scorecard from the official site.
Students in class 10 and 12 can view their scorecard on the DigiLocker app or on the website – digilocker.gov.in.
The Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance (UMANG) was developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) for students to check their results .
Apart from the websites, students can easily redeem their scorecards through the SMS service set up by CBSE. The procedure for verifying the result will be announced shortly after the announcement of the result of the 1st semester.
In the meantime, students are advised to closely monitor the official website of CBSE and Jagran English for the latest updates on the CBSE Term 1 result date.
