3 companies dominate real estate awards

SM Development Corp. (SMDC), Robinsons Land Corp. Residences (RLC Residences) and Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) won awards at the 2022 Dot Property Philippines Awards held in Makati City.

With the recovery of the real estate market and the increase in various demands, the Dot Property Philippines Awards recognized the projects of the developers and the agencies leading these efforts. A total of 26 prizes were awarded.

“The Property Awards are actually a good way for us to honor real estate leaders and developers across the country who have done really well during the pandemic,” said Dot Property Country Manager Tanya Peralta-Yu. “They knew how to rise above what is happening and deliver projects and services that meet the changing needs of clients.”

SMDC received eight accolades, including the 2022 Developer of the Year award. Other awards were: Best Startup Residential Condo Development; Better township development; Best Mixed Opportunity Development; Best Investment Property-North Luzon; Best Investment Property-South Luzon; Best Investment Property-Metro Manila; and best real estate investment-Iloilo City.

RLC Residences also won big by winning awards at the event. Along with winning Best Developer-Metro Manila, they also won the following awards: Best Developer: Sustainable Building; Best low-rise condo development; Better sustainable residential development; Best beachfront development; Best architectural design of condominiums; and a Special Recognition Award for Community Development.

FLI also received accolades as it received the Best Developer-North Luzon, Best Developer-Visayas and Best Developer-Mindanao awards.
